- The levels of tyramine in food have been decreasing over time, thanks to advancements in agricultural technology and improvements in food processing and storage. Although tyramine related hypertension affects only a small minority of the population, we recommend avoiding tyramine-rich foods when taking Ameretat Neurogenesis microdose. Taking Ameretat Neurogenesis microdose on an empty stomach will also mitigate the risk of hypertension and nausea.
Why is it best to take Ameretat Neurogenesis microdose on an empty stomach?
- The majority of your body’s neurotransmitters are in the gut, not the brain. For this reason we recommend taking Ameretat first thing in the morning at least 20 minutes before eating, as food can interfere with neurotransmitter absorption. While this is not a requirement, the closer your stomach is to empty, the higher the bioavailability.

Beta-Carbolines – Ancestral Secret to Neurological Health
Beta-carbolines such as harmine  are unique neuromodulators that have been shown to exhibit anti-inflammatory activity in neurons  and promote neurogenesis by increasing levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF)  and human neural progenitor cells (hNPC) . They are also potent inhibitors of DYRK genes, particularly DYRK1a , the protein kinase implicated in the pathology of numerous neurodegenerative disorders .

The effects are tangible but difficult to put my finger on. For example I’ve been eating less, but it isn’t suppressing my appetite. I’ve been wanting to watch my portions and eat better and I think this gave me the little mind budge to do it.
I work 10hour nights with long periods of down time. I find it easier to transition from down time to hard work a bit easier, and finding the long hours pass a little bit quicker, like it puts me just enough in the left side of my brain that time passes in more of a flow.
I know there is a different product meant from lucid dreams, but I have noticed a heightened dream state awareness.
Excited to try the Revelation Aid when I have the right weekend to try it.
I waited to try this on a day off from work just to gage how it would affect me, I took one capsule first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Other than a subtle feeling of optimism and motivation I had no visible side effects, which is PERFECT!! The beneficial effects on the brain are scientifically proven, and as a person who has alzeheimers in their family, I think this will benefit me greatly in the long term by stimulating nueroplasticy as I work to improve my cognitive function in tangible ways as well. I am grateful to have found thos product, and the company's customer service is top notch!!! They had a question about my address and made sure it was resolved before sending the product out. whereas other companies may have just sent it and held me liable for my mistake.
Very settling as an opening to meditation
Like it! I am very new to this. As someone who constantly juggles multiple tasks and responsibilities, Ameretat has improved my ability to concentrate and excel my focus time!

This is an amazing product! I’ve been busy and productive, also had a meditation seminar and practice today in addition to running an errand. I find myself in a very pleasant state of mind, the meditation teachings and techniques flowed. My empathy for patients I saw was a bit deeper.
