Domestic Shipping 

Where do we ship?

Magi products will ship within the United States. 

How much does it cost?

Shipping is included for domestic orders over $99. 

For all other orders,  shipping will automatically calculate for you at checkout and delivered by the USPS.

How long does it take & what are your options?

Your delivery date will depend on a few factors, like what day and time your order is placed, where you’re having your order shipped to, and which shipping option you select.

Currently, we offer the following shipping options at checkout: 

  • Standard Shipping  (2-4 business days)
  • Priority Express Shipping (1-2 business days) 

Please be advised: 

  • Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will ship the following business day

How does Magi order fulfillment work? 

Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours of purchase, except on weekends.

At this point we only utilize USPS services for mail-order deliveries. 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your order’s tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to populate on your tracking link.

International Shipping 

We only ship to countries where our supplements comply with local regulations, meaning the compounds in our products are not classified as controlled substances.

Currently, we ship internationally to:

  • Entire Europe (Except France)
  • MENA (UAE, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Qatar)
  • Costa Rica and Mexico

A global shipping partner handles the international shipment, and the fee includes the trackable shipment and customs clearances.

What if your order arrives damaged? 

We always do our best to ensure our customers have the best experience possible. However, if your product arrives damaged or is—in any way—not what you were expecting, please let us know right away so we can help.
