Money Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day refund policy for all bottled quantities of our supplements in the United States. Trial packs and microdose products are not eligible for refunds. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us by email within 30 days of order delivery, and we will refund you. Please provide us with your order number, the UPC lot codes of the product(s) that you wish to be refunded, and your reason for return. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee applies as a full refund within 30 days for all first-time product customers. This includes repeat customers purchasing a new product for the first time. It does not apply to a customer’s repeat order of a product purchased previously, even if the purchase is of a different quantity of the same product purchased previously (e.g. if the 1st order is a 5-dose trial pack and the 2nd order is a 25-dose bottle of the same product). Limit one (1) guarantee per product per household.
For refunds issued back to your original payment method, please note that it may take 5-30 days for your financial institution to reflect the refund in your account. More details can be found via stripe.com at Customer Refund Processing Time or via paypal.com at Where is my Refund. Customers who prefer to receive store credit will be given credit that can be used immediately.
Unfortunately, we can’t offer a refund for international shipments at this point due to the shipment and customs clearance fees.
Sale Items
30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies only to regular-priced bottles. Sale items cannot be refunded. Regular-priced microdose and minidose bottles ordered with a discount code are eligible for a refund.
Gifts
If you wish to receive a refund for an order that was sent to you directly as a gift, please contact us by email within 30 days of order delivery. We will issue store credit for the value of the product(s) you wish to be refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange products that are not covered by the 30 day refund policy, please contact us by email and ship the products back to us at Magi Ancestral Supplements: 28305 Industry Dr Valencia, CA 91355-4118
. We will refund or exchange returns for products that are in their original packaging, unused and unopened. We will not refund shipping costs for returned items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges for items not in resalable condition. Supplements are consumables, and as such, they are not eligible for return if they have been opened or used. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email. We may be able to offer you an exchange, partial refund, or credit towards your next purchase.
